There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Tour Passengers are required to meet border crossing mandates established by the Canadian and American governments and the tour operator to be eligible to join their scheduled tour and to transit between Canada and the USA. If any passenger(s) fails to meet the required border crossing mandates, their eligibility to join the tour will be forfeited and their tour will be nonrefundable.

The Tour Operator requires cross border tour passengers 5 years and older to be COVID-19 vaccinated. Tour passengers less than 5 years of age are not required to be COVID-19 vaccinated however must be traveling with a legal guardian(s) regardless of vaccination status.

US-Canada Border Crossing Information

The Tour Operator will provide cross border tour passengers and/or lead traveler with mandatory international border crossing requirements (border crossing mandates) to transit between Canada and the USA prior to their tour. On the day of the tour, it is the responsibility of each passenger and/or lead traveler to provide proof of required border crossing mandates prior to boarding.

The following information is provided here as a courtesy and is NOT a list of specific US or Canada governmental documentation required for border crossings. Please make sure you follow the information provided by the Tour Operator and/or check with the government of your country to fully understand what documentation you will be required to present on the day of your tour.

CANADIAN CITIZENS ages 16+ traveling to the United States by land are required to present one of the travel documents noted below. Canadian citizens 15 years old and younger may present an original or copy of his or her birth certificate or a Canadian Citizenship Card. Canadian Citizens 16 and older must have a valid passport, unless traveling as part of an organized group.

AMERICAN CITIZENS traveling to Canada by land must carry both proof of citizenship and proof of identity. A valid U.S. passport, passport card, or NEXUS card satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens. Children under 16 need only present proof of U.S. citizenship.

CITIZENS OF ANY OTHER COUNTRY who are visa-exempt need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to transit through Canada.
